We have a shop in Attleborough which is open every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Please see opening hours – HERE
We also have a permanent pop up located in Norwich in Chantry Place shopping centre which is open every Friday, Saturday and Sunday and some full weeks during holidays. Please see all dates – HERE
All of our bakes are handmade by our amazing team of bakers at our HQ in Old Buckenham!
Our current line-up of bakes are not vegan-friendly, but our bakers are constantly working on new recipes to ensure the widest possible audience.
Our bakes change on a weekly basis all new items will state allergens.
All online orders will have allergens in the description.
All our cakes are suitable for home freezing up to 1 month. If freezing, the products are best stored in an airtight container and frozen as soon as possible after purchase.
To defrost, remove from the freezer and leave to defrost in the airtight container at room temperature.
If you want to keep your bakes fresh we recommend keeping them in an airtight container in the fridge.
Cupcakes and cookies are best stored at room temperature.
All our items available online are available as click and collect at our Attleborough store. We will look to expand this to collections from Norwich in the new year.
Gift vouchers can currently be purchased at our Attleborough store and will be available to purchase online before the end of 2023.
All birthday cakes and custom orders have to be collected from our Bakeaholics HQ and we will be starting nationwide UK postal in the New Year!
Order Changes and Cancellations for online orders.
If you need to change the details of your order or cancel it altogether, please contact us as far in advance as possible. The following cancellation policy applies:
- Orders cancelled 7 days or more before the collection date will receive a full refund on the order total.
- Orders cancelled within 2-6 days of the collection date will be entitled to a 50% refund.
- Orders cancelled within 48 hours of the order date will not be entitled to a refund (although refunds and credit notes may still be provided at Bakeaholics’ discretion).
We only offer Milkshakes in our Attleborough store.
