We’re located in Norfolk.
We have a shop in Attleborough which is open every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Please see opening hours – HERE
We also have a permanent pop up located in Norwich in Chantry Place shopping centre which is open every Friday, Saturday and Sunday and some full weeks during holidays. Please see all dates – HERE
All of our bakes are handmade by our amazing team of bakers at our HQ in Old Buckenham!
Our current line-up of bakes are not vegan-friendly, but our bakers are constantly working on new recipes to ensure the widest possible audience.
Our bakes change on a weekly basis all new items will state allergens.
All online orders will have allergens in the description.
All our cakes are suitable for home freezing up to 1 month. If freezing, the products are best stored in an airtight container and frozen as soon as possible after purchase.
To defrost, remove from the freezer and leave to defrost in the airtight container at room temperature.
If you want to keep your bakes fresh we recommend keeping them in an airtight container in the fridge.
Cupcakes and cookies are best stored at room temperature.
We only offer Milkshakes in our Attleborough store.
Gift vouchers can currently be purchased at our Attleborough and Norwich Stores
Order Changes and Cancellations for online orders.
If you need to change the details of your order or cancel it altogether, please contact us as far in advance as possible. The following cancellation policy applies:
- Orders cancelled 7 days or more before the collection date will receive a full refund on the order total.
- Orders cancelled within 2-6 days of the collection date will be entitled to a 50% refund.
- Orders cancelled within 48 hours of the order date will not be entitled to a refund (although refunds and credit notes may still be provided at Bakeaholics’ discretion).

Postal FAQ
All orders are sent on a tracked 24 hour week day service with Royal Mail. If you order on a Friday after 2pm your order will be sent on the following Monday.
Confirmations will be sent shortly after an order has been made please allow 10-20 minutes if this hasn’t arrived after this time please contact us via email and we can look into this further for you.
Orders can only be placed online at bakeaholicsuk.com to ensure a secure checkout.
Unfortunately orders are not able to be edited once made due to all orders being on a next day service. We will be processing your orders quickly.
No, all of our orders will include a dispatch note to display what is inside your box. This will not include prices incase you are sending it as a gift!
We are lucky to work with the brilliant Royal Mail and can cover all UK postcodes!
For our postal boxes these will be for the postal service! We do have a huge variety for you to come to either of our Shops to build your own box and will of course be adding collection boxes for celebration boxes such as Christmas etc.
Unfortunately at the moment this is not something we offer but we are currently working on a pick your own box. Keep your eyes peeled!

Please ensure you pop your bakes straight into the fridge! Unfortunately the weather is unpredictable so when it is above 15 degrees make sure you pop them into the fridge when you receive them!
Cake Ordering FAQ
For all of our cakes and treats we have our online diary open 3 months in advance.
We offer collection on Monday-Saturdays. We offer collection Monday-Friday from our HQ baking unit in Old Buckenham.
We then offer collection on Saturdays from our Attleborough Shop.
Order Changes and Cancellations for online orders.
If you require your order for a Sunday celebration please select Saturday at check out. Our team has a well deserved day off on a Sunday.
Unfortunately as we recommend keeping your cakes cooled we do not have a fridge in our Chantry Location, so they have to be collected from our HQ or our Attleborough store.
Unfortunately not:( We wish we could post all of our bakes everywhere but unfortunately the buttercream does not last well in the post.
Do not fear we still have our custom enquiry form, if you want a custom cake you can fill in our enquiry form and we will get back to you within 2 working days. Some of our replies can end up in your spam folder so please check this!
